I saw this film with the hopes it would tell a story, maybe show us actual Katrina footage, or even evoke some raw emotions, but instead, viewers are left with a disturbing look at one man’s ride to destruction. Drugs, violence and bad acting: It’s a wonder they didn’t call this “Bad Film.”
