Waters of Life Poured Forth for Thirsty Humanity

These words are the keynote and inner spiritual essence for Aquarius. The waters are electrical, the new energies falling to Earth. These permit humanity to build the new culture and civilization, allowing us to imagine a future where there’s peace and prosperity enough to be creative. It is a fixed air sign. Fixed signs bring ideas into form and matter and stabilize them. Air signs (Gemini, Libra & Aquarius) are mental. They think and ponder, study and research, gather and distribute information previously created and stabilized by the cardinal and fixed signs. For air signs, education and learning are most important along with being social, communicating, writing, tending to money, participating in groups and creating sustainable communities for the future.

We have entered the beginnings of the Age of Aquarius. In the next 2,000 years, influenced by this, the collective human purpose for life here on Earth will be revealed. Aquarius is becoming the overriding astrological influence that will drive all of humanity’s endeavors.

Signs work in polarities. When we speak of Aquarius we must include Leo, the sign opposite and the shadow aspect of Aquarius. Aquarius brings forth science, technology and the gifts of the concrete mind, tools that will inform the building of humanity’s future. This has already begun. Computer technology is the product of the science of Aquarius. Laser light therapy, energetic medicines and homeopaths are results of the Higher Mind accessed through Aquarius influence.

Amidst all this technical innovation, at the heart of Aquarius is the Love/Wisdom of Jupiter: not only will we probe the scientific secrets of matter and cosmos, we’ll also affix the Love Christ on Earth, anchored in the previous (Pisces) Age. His commandment was to “Love One Another.” Humanity will learn this in the Aquarian Age. We’ll awaken to the reality of the Soul, which is Universal Love (Bob Marley’s birthday is Feb. 6) demonstrated through a new science and technology, new education and a group consciousness of oneness and unity.

It’s appropriate that Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, occurs during the month of Aquarius. On this day many of us give our hearts away, responding as we do to the words of Janis Joplin “Come on, come on, take another little piece of my heart, now, baby.” You have mine. Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone.

ARIES (Mar. 21-Apr. 20) You’re exploring profoundly what your right work in the world is, what you’re to do that will serve the upliftment of civilization and bring you to the recognition needed so others follow. Keep the internal inquiry going. There are no answers yet, not for months. They depend upon your ability to focus on the questions.

TAURUS (Apr. 21-May 20) New ideas, concepts, school, study, traveling, the art of archery, horseback riding, publishing and studying ancient philosophies may catch your attention. Someone, somewhere recognizes your qualities and calls you to leadership. Listening is your best way of being attentive. Giving philosophical answers won’t be heard.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20) There’s a deeper focus on money and investments, and in this critical time of change and monetary reorientation I suggest you keep abreast of the financial times. CANCER (June 21-July 20) Relationships will be on your mind – all types, levels of closeness, friendships and intimacies. Review how you are in relationships, if you’re attentive, caring and sharing, or if you’re focused primarily upon yourself. Adding forgiveness (of self and others) to your list of daily tasks liberates your heart for further love encounters.

LEO (July 21-Aug. 20) Continue to focus on your occupation and its environments. Something shifts at work, some discipline, rule, structure or timing, causing a period of fine-tuning to occur. Strengthen your support for others, align with them. This insures your success should you suddenly be in charge of everything and everyone. Blend your Ray 1 (Will) with Ray 2 (Love/Wisdom).

VIRGO (Aug. 21-Sept. 20) You must begin to lounge around a bit more, think of ways to create relaxation, pleasure, fun and perhaps a bit of romance (there are many kinds). Plan each week to attend musical or film events, stroll downtown with friends, have lunches and dinners, little parties, tête-à-têtes, perhaps a small salon. Art is most important. LIBRA (Sept. 21-Oct. 20) These are times of reconciliation, reunions, understanding leading to rapprochement, kindness, consideration, and thoughtful and perceptive realizations that each of us (including you) is a character, and everyone’s doing their very best and on their Path toward a more enlightened way of being. Is there some sort of suffering or sadness in your life at this time? We will pray with you.

SCORPIO (Oct. 21-Nov. 20) You’re edgy, agitated, restive, restless with somewhat anxious feelings including a wanting to go anywhere that’s not here. However, there’s nowhere to go. They notice the care we take with how we appear in the world. You may be asked to lead a function that magnetizes people to a group or endeavor you’re a part of. You’re the very best for this position. Radiate Goodwill to everyone and remember to recognize those who have courage.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21-Feb. 20) Aquarians, after they’ve built their personality (self development, self-focus, a needed developmental stage for everyone) eventually begin to see outward, onto humanity and its needs. When they see humanity is suffering Aquarians begin to seek to serve. It is perhaps that time for you - to help others, to see their needs, to offer support and resources, time and money, care and attention. You too become one who receives.

PISCES (Feb. 21-Mar. 20) It’s important to be part of a group and not be isolated. You need a balance of being in retreat and being social, which is sometimes difficult. You sense such a depth both within and in others. Counteracting this is your ability to see how others serve and how “love underlies the happenings of the times and all events.” Love happens to be the nature of Pisces, too. You may not feel it, but it’s surrounding you.
